I've been in my home for a few years now, and since that time something about my front entry hallway just seemed barren. The ceiling is nearly 20-ft high, and my current chandelier (if you want to call it that) is making no statement and the pathway from the front door to the living room was adorned with just a wall mirror and a rug.
Though the hall is a bit narrow because of the stairway, it did leave enough room for a slim table. Luckily, I hadn't thrown away the old plant stand that had been in my garage for about 3 years. With that, a wooden board, some glue, and elbow grease, I was able to make a decorative table that looks great. Check out the steps in the video to see just how simple this was.

Oh, and stay tuned to see how I take care of my 'chandelier' problem later this year.
